Dorothy Preston, O.D.
Dr. Dorothy Preston grew up in northern Wisconsin. She did graduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, then went on to graduate from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1987. Dorothy moved to Abilene with her husband, Kerry, who served a three year commission at Dyess Air Force Base hospital. Enjoying Abilene, they decided to stay and make it their home. Dorothy joined the practice in 1992, following Dr. Grady Jolly's retirement. She enjoys her work and caring for all her wonderful patients. Outside the office, Dorothy is active in the Junior League of Abilene, and the Community Foundation's Future Fund. Professionally, she is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association. Dorothy also enjoys school and church activities with her two young daughters.

Steven C. Ezzell, O.D.
Dr. Ezzell, an Abilene native, is a graduate of Abilene High School. He attended Abilene Christian University for two years and was a member of the baseball team. He went on to complete his bachelors degree at Texas A&M University. In 1998, Dr. Ezzell received a Doctor of Optometry Degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry and joined Family Vision Associates in July of that year.
Dr. Ezzell sees patients of all ages and uses the latest in technology to help evaluate the eye and visual system. He fits contact lenses including those for astigmatism, bifocal, and irregular corneas. His practice also includes the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, dry eye treatment and refractive surgery consultation. Dr. Ezzell is member of the American Optometric Association, the Texas Optometric Association, American Academy of Optometry, and the Rolling Plains Optometric Society.
Outside of the practice Dr. Ezzell enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, hunting and fishing. He serves on the board of directors of the West Texas Rehabilitation Center and is active at his church. Dr. Ezzell's wife, Carin, is also an Abilene native and they have two sons, Andrew and Matthew.

Darren L. Postelwait, O.D.
A native Oklahoman, Dr. Postelwait is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. After receiving his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry, he completed a post-graduate residency in hospital-based optometry at the Amarillo Veterans Administration Medical Clinic in Amarillo, Texas. Dr. Postelwait's optometric experience includes primary care, contact lenses, ocular disease and geriatrics. His interests include sports vision and environmental/industrial vision. Outside of the office, he enjoys photography and archery. He and his wife Susan also enjoy traveling when they can.
